If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours. Our store does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.
We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria: Items are defective: damaged/broken or soiled upon receipt. Packages that are lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Loftvary will not be responsible for any lost or misrouted packages.
Please ensure that all information you have provided is correct before shipping your order to avoid loss in the mail or other mishaps. international customer must provide phone number.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses, otherwise the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repackage, relabel and reship it, however, you should understand that doing so requires an additional cost. The cost of processing and shipping is usually half of the order total...so be careful what information you provide.

If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, you should contact us immediately to correct the error.

Cancellation Policy Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please email us within 24 hours and let us know why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept order cancellations outside of the 24 hour window and/or due to the standard shipping reason.

Please note that our standard shipping is posted in each product description, so all customers should be aware of this before finalizing an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund is reflected in the customer's bank account.

Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size label and original packaging within 48 hours of receipt of order for a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before issuing a replacement.

Loftvary reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria. Overdue or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
